You realize that eating at home, making your own food rather than buying pre-made meals is a great way to save money. What you don't probably realize is that the more healthy you cook (most of the times) the more you save!
That being you can add other ways to save in the kitchen.
This is one of the suggestion I got from some of my followers that deal with me IRL. The place where you most spend in your house is probably the kitchen. Heating energy, water, food etc. etc. etc.
From now on I will take that in consideration and explore more of that (aswell as the fuel saving, saving everyday outside, etc.)
There are some basic concepts like: don't throw away food if it's good since it can potencially "stretch" future meals; or having a clean a organized kitchen makes you spend less energy; and on an on...
